How a custom build works here

1

Spec it

Open the PC Builder and pick from 160 real parts, or start from one of our builds and swap what you like. Price updates live as you go.

Open the builder →
2

We check it

Before anything's ordered we sanity-check the spec — cooler clearance, PSU headroom, RAM compatibility. If something's a bad idea, we'll tell you.

3

We build & torture it

Assembled in Charlestown, typically off the bench in 3-5 working days, then a 7-day burn-in. Dud parts fail on our bench, not yours.

4

Pick up or ship

Grab it from the shop on Pacific Hwy — we'll open the box and show you it running — or we ship insured Australia-wide.

Straight pricing. No checkout ambush.

Every build price you see includes the $500 build fee and the $260 Windows 11 Pro licence. No "assembly extra", no surprise line items when you go to pay. And with component prices moving the way they are right now, ordering means you pay today's component prices — the builder pulls live pricing, so what's on screen is current. (Curious why prices keep climbing? We wrote up what's going on with 2026 part prices.)

Why Newcastle gamers build with us

Every part named before you pay. Brand and model on everything — PSU, RAM, SSD included. The parts a chain prebuilt hides are exactly the parts they cheap out on.

The warranty lives up the road. Lifetime workmanship warranty, backed by the same techs who built the machine, at a real counter in Charlestown. No interstate RMA queue, no call centre.

Burn-in tested, properly. Seven days of stress-testing on every machine before it leaves. We'd rather find the flaky part than have you find it.

Local since 2015. 10,500+ devices through the shop, 4.8★ across 280+ Google reviews. We're 10 minutes from Newcastle CBD and we're here Saturday mornings too.

Common questions

How much does a custom gaming PC cost in Newcastle?
Pre-configured builds start from $2,893 for the 1080p Entry Fragger. Every price includes the $500 build fee and $260 Windows licence — the number on the page is the number you pay. Spec your own in the PC Builder and watch the price update live.
Can I pick my own parts?
Yes — 160 real, Australian-stocked parts in the builder, all named by brand and model. Start from scratch or open one of our builds and swap anything. Need a model we don't list? Email us and we'll source it.
How long does a build take?
Typically 3-5 working days on the bench, then the 7-day burn-in test. We'll message you when it's ready.
What's the warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on every part (typically 3 years on CPU, GPU and motherboard), plus our lifetime workmanship warranty on the assembly itself. If our build work fails, we fix it free.
Do I have to come to Charlestown?
Pickup at 193 Pacific Hwy is free and we'll show you the machine running before it leaves. Otherwise we ship insured Australia-wide.
Should I just buy a prebuilt?
Sometimes that's genuinely the right call — we wrote an honest comparison: prebuilt vs custom PC. Short version: if you care what's inside the box, custom wins.
